Thrilled to introduce the newest addition to our Colombian Origin Project, sourced through our longtime friends at Azahar Coffee.

This exceptional single-origin coffee comes from Nidia A. Morales and her farm, La Ledra. Grown at high elevation and carefully processed, this is a lot we've returned, one of those coffees that continues to remind us why we love Nariño. 

In the cup you'll find a delicate boquette of florals and citrus, carried by beautifully balanced structure and a long, rounded finish. It's a coffee with both elegance and depth, offering the kind of clarity and sweetness that keeps drawing us back to the cupping table.

We've purchased this coffee more than once because it consistently delivers the qualities we look for. Each harvest is a fresh expression of Nidia's work, but it continues to capture so much of what we love about Nariño: vibrant acidity, ranged tones, and effortless balance.
